Christopher Robin Award for Children's Literature

The Christopher Robin Award is the National Literary Award Committee’s recognition for the best in children’s literature. It’s named after one of the most beloved characters in children’s books – Christopher Robin from the Winnie the Pooh books. This award recognizes the best books, independent and mainstream, in children’s literature published today. It’s also for the books that best exemplify the imagination, wonder, and childlike innocence found in children’s literature.
